About LeDoux Saloon

The idea for the LeDoux Saloon & Steak Out was born out of 1890 Wine & Spirits desire to revamp the concept of the current tasting room in Sheridan to include a limited, yet quality food menu. The immediate challenge was the limited size of 122 N Main to incorporate a kitchen. By happenstance, one of our partners came across the catering trailer, now used as our kitchen in the back patio, and low and behold, the idea for the first LeDoux Saloon & Steak Out started to take shape!

1890 Wines & Spirits was born out of the desire to produce premium wines and spirits promoting the western way of life. The Just LeDoux It brand of wine barrel aged whiskeys and spirits barrel aged wines were the first products 1890 Wines & Spirits has released on a national scale with plans to release a line of vodkas, gins, and rums in the near future! All in all, 1890 Wines & Spirits has a full line of over 30 expressions from ready-to-drink cocktails to high end wines and spirits! Our motto is “Ride for the Brand!”

Our winery and distillery are located at just over 7,600 feet in altitude on the southern border of Wyoming just south of Laramie. We source only premium wines and spirits then bring them out to Wyoming where we barrel age and finish them with water straight from a natural mountain aquifer before bottling and labeling the final product. The winery and distillery do not currently offer tours, but there are plans to do so in the future.

Our Just LeDoux It Whiskey Collection is award winning! At the PR%F Awards in Las Vegas our Blended Bourbon and Straight Whiskey both received a gold medal rating and our Honey Cinnamon Clove Flavored Whiskey received a double gold medal rating.
